I think that this type of "total view" thinking is what pushes great design into the art realm. By striving to push yourself, your designs, even your clients to see the difference, the world becomes more livable and enjoyable.

I for one cannot see going through life doing whatever it takes to get the job done, I'd rather strive to get a really good, artful job done.
